I call it the Fizzbush anyway. Others call it a Boxwood Tree. It's actually not a fizz... it's more like a crackle. In the spring time if you put your ear up to this tree/shrub, you'll hear it crackling. That is because of the late-stage larvae of the boxwood leafminer ravenously feasting on the leaves. Google it! Fascinating stuff.
